our company sells a SaaS application. I need to create an account management application for clients to manage their SaaS account.
This would include:
1. billing contact and address
2. add/remove users
3. add/remove services from 10-12 products
4. report usage of transnational priced products (i.e. - user pays for 500 text messages a month, we need to show how many text messages are used monthly)
5. Sign (digitally) contracts and consents.
This will be very limited in scope.
I don't care if you build custom, use existing software and customize, use open source. I dont care what platform you use for the front end, but it needs to be reactive for mobileweb.
We are currently using a mysql db.
must be avail between 9am-5pm EST
Must be able to create and use API's
Must have knowledge of SSL
knowledge of oracle Apex or oracle db is helpful
