Required Automatic Speech Recognition freelancer for Offline Speech Recognition Solution Development job

We want a specialist to help us setup and deploy and offline speech recognition system for English. Capability to build and train this speech recognition system for multi languages is an added bonus. Once created we should be able to create streaming api's on top of this. The solution should be accessible via a streaming api we create or directly take input from the systems microphone it is running on.

We are okay using opensource solutions with tweaks and pre trained models to have this solution up. If opensource technology is used, its licenses should allow to use in commercial projects without issue.

Quality is main factor for concern for us. Quality of recognition and accuracy needs to be high.
