Required Modern,Retro/Vintage,Flat,Illustrated,Corporate freelancer for Design a Challenge Coin job

I'm a Veteran. Challenge Coins are a part of military history and culture.
I work in a very conservative environment, but some of those values don't celebrate the complexity and richness of America.

I want to produce a Challenge Coin that would Celebrate Life Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness for all not just some. If you look at samples of Challenge coins you will see that most of them are 'aggressive' 'dark' and sometimes down right 'vulgar'. I'd like to have a fun coin with a positive message for all Americans.
