Required Intuit QuickBase freelancer for Develop GMail (for GSuite) add-on that communicates with Quick Base CRM job

I'd like to have a G Suite add-on for gmail developed which connects to our CRM app on Quick Base. When an email is sent or received, I'd like the app to check the sender/recipient email against our contacts in Quick Base: If they are an existing contact, then insert the from/to values, subject and body content of the email into Quick Base as an activity for that contact or the company the contact is connected to.

Purpose:

The add-on needs to send email communications that our employees send/receive to our CRM only if it matches a contact email within our CRM application on QuickBase. If the contact record doesn't match the email recipients or sender, then the Gmail user will have the option to create a new contact record in our Quick Base CRM from the Gmail add-ons sidebar. The email message, subject, date/time and sender/recipient information will be stored in the CRM as an activity and related to the contact record so that we can look up past conversations with the client from the CRM, rather than tracking down old emails.


User settings:

The GMail user should have the option to always send all emails to CRM if sender or recipient matches a contact in CRM database.
