Required Web Scraper freelancer for Google Sheets & 17Track formula job

I need a formula and/or script written in Google Sheets that will pull the most recent parcel tracking status from 17track for a list of tracking numbers in Google Sheets. Ideally, the tracking status would dynamically update in the Sheet but it would be fine if I could manually refresh the data in Google Sheets to pull the tracking status each time I look at the list of tracking numbers.
The formula/script will need to work for a Sheet containing -3,000 tracking numbers. I will share some examples for reference with shortlisted candidates. Thanks
