Required Microsoft Windows Azure,Azure freelancer for Help me create simple azure network job

I'm a novice with azure, but I'm trying to salvage a simple network with two basic virtual machines that I can use to test some business processes on So far, the virtual machines I create show up in Chinese! I'd like your help in creating this simple network, and to help me better understand how to go about doing that. I'm guessing this will be about an hour of your time.
