Required Network Administration freelancer for Printer management software job

We are looking for a printer management system ( paid application)


Requirements are:
manage 300+ printers (No physical access to those printers)
managing large number of printers
Need to find devices (LAN or WiFi) automatically
Showing the status of a device to determine if it is experiencing an error an sending an email
Generating a test page, which acts as a ping test to determine network connectivity
watch the status of the device (online and offline)
Power cycle the device
Perform a cold reset to factory defaults
View critical diagnostic information, such as firmware version
We need to categorize the devices according to the IP address

Solutions:
HP jet admin is best but it'snot supporting other brands.
Printerlogic is expensive
