Required Excel VBA,Data Analysis,Microsoft Excel,Statistics,Report freelancer for Build a Google spreadsheet that randomises data and puts potentially 150 inputs into groups of 10. job

I need to build a Google Sheet that will take up to 150 data inputs and randomise them into teams of - 10 each. For example if there were 57 inputs there would be 3 teams of 10 and 3 teams of 9 that have randomly assigned members.

I have built something that assigns up to 36 inputs into 2 teams evenly split, so for example 15 users would be split into 2 teams, 1 of 7 and 1 of 8.
I will share a spreadsheet and instruction with shortlisted candidates.
