Required CRM freelancer for Help with Podio and Globiflow, setting up workflows job

Hello,

I am getting in touch from a charity in London, UK. We are a charity that helps older people in our local area and one of our services matches volunteers with older people that are lonely or isolated. The aim is for the volunteer is to visit the older person every week to chat or go out etc and help reduce the person's loneliness.

We recently swapped the CRM we are using to Podio and we are now looking to set up a number of workflows using Globiflow. My manager and I have tried to set some up but we have got a bit stuck. A few of the things we are looking to do are:

- Set up automatic tasks based on a certain date
- transfer content from a web form onto the clients main page
- general tidying up and advice on how best t use the CRM

Could you let me know if this is something you could help with and what package you think we might need?
