Required Wordpress freelancer for Need someone to optimize my wordpress website speed under 4 seconds! (GTMetrix) job

Hi,

I have two websites that need speed optimization:

Current Google PageSpeed Result: Optimization Desktop : 94/100
Optimization Mobile: 81/100
Speed: Unavailable

Current GTMetrix score for this website: E, E, 9.6 seconds (Have to improve this value)

Current Google PageSpeed Result: Optimization Desktop : 76/100
Optimization Mobile: 34/100 (Have to improve both desktop and mobile optimization)
Speed: Unavailable

Current GTMetrix score for this website: C, D, 8.6 seconds (Have to improve this value)

I have also attached a few screenshots for reference.

So, basically, I'm looking for someone who can improve my GTmetrix speed score and bring it at least under 4 seconds. I have all the optimization plugins installed. But they don't seem enough.

I get good traffic to my site every day so I want someone professional who doesn't make my site performance worse or happens to create any other site issue as their are real visitors all the time on the site.
