We are looking for a Salesforce trainer (to train on SF dev, admin, devops etc) who will work on a partnership type of a model. They will also work with a freelancer network to deliver projects we get. We are building a Salesforce Practice to compliment our existing Marketing Automation Practice. The plan will include a 3 year exit strategy with options for the right person. The comp would include a monthly retainer, project incentive and a final bonus payout end of 3 years based on an overall P&L in the practice. This person would need to be involved in a. Training (putting courses on trailhead together, monitor, track & see the students through completion of certification) b. Expand the freelancer network to deliver SF projects and c. talk to key clients about the quality of our training program to help them onboard SF candidates. Our model will help Non-profits and Small-Mid-size firms cut costs by hiring junior certified salesforce resources and also provide a better alternative for candidates who otherwise resort to faking their resumes with experience at the leading of consulting companies. So, this will be a game changer.
The role could also move into this role full-time as revenue grows. A person looking to increase income and has time to spare over and above their full-time SF work would be an ideal fit.
