I'm looking to find a VA/Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper for an ongoing job with the following main requirements:
- Collection of timesheets and receipts (arrived at an email address) from contracting drivers and, manipulation of the images (pdf; jpg) in such a way for us to be able to present them professionally to customers and to the financing company.
- Check the number of timesheets received with the booking spreadsheet.
- Enter data from timesheets on spreadsheets to calculate wages.
- Invoicing to customers according to timesheets data (I'm open to using any accounting/billing program in clouds - eg QuickBooks; Xero; etc)
- Bookkeeping
- Verifying the correctness of invoices from contractors
- Compilation of weekly payment list
- Arranging all electronic documents in a way that is easy to find by any authorized person who can access them.
Also, I have other things to do like data mining from scan to a spreadsheet from business cards and client enquire forms.
Job estimate ongoing time: we will start with 3 to 6 hours per week.
Please make me an hourly offer and please let me know why should I work with you.
Also, I need to know your proposal for when you are on holiday or you are not available.
