Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Cell phone database for US job

Looking for someone that has an existing large/comprehensive database of US cell phone numbers. Must have other fields of course, personal email address is most useful to link to our existing database. Also useful FN, LN, State. LinkedIn url, title, company name are nice but just for double checking accuracy, not critical.

To be clear: YOU MUST HAVE AN EXISTING DATABASE OF THESE CELL PHONE NUMBERS. We are not looking for someone to extract/mine the data, we simply want to buy the data very quickly.
