Required Objective-C,javascript freelancer for Looking for a dedicated programmer job

Hey there guys!

We are looking for a dedicated programmer who can help us bring our creative ideas to life. We are a young development team just starting our with many great visions. For this project we want to build a private server for GTA 5 so that we can trial run the concept we might want to add in one of our later actual releases.

The idea for the private server is quite basic and I could probably in a months time figure it all out myself but I feel like with my instructions someone with knowledge of this stuff could put it together in a matter of a couple evenings.
