Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for CAD and 3D Modeling - Video and pics of house (based on floorplan and specs) job

I have a floorplan that I'd like you to use to create pics and videos of what it'll look like based on the floorplan. Need you to take into account the proximity of the other structures next to it (this a guest house, so it's going to be in close proximity to the the existing house, so I want it this to be accurate and realistic). I want you to add a spiral slide from the main floor to the basement. This floorplan consists of 4 stories. Basement, Main Floor, Loft, and Outdoor Deck.

Also, for the exterior I want to see some different renderings. Modern, Tuscan Riviera, current stile.
