Required Accounting freelancer for Experienced real estate investment analyst and expert in Excel modeling job

I am looking for a investment analyst who has at least 3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, expert excel modeling and property management. Preferred concentration on Multi-family, Mobile home parks and Industrial properties. We would pay Hourly and/ or on a project basis

Primary job responsibilities include:

- Producing complex Excel models to analyze investment decisions for buy/sell scenarios, financing, . and research. Individual will prepare cash flow models, sensitivity tables, property valuations, joint venture and waterfall structuring.
