Objectives:
- To be able to integrate FreePBX (Asterisk) to Zoho CRM PhoneBridge for both inbound and outbound calls.
- Activity logs for the users that made an inbound and outbound to the Zoho CRM
- Call Detail Record of the PBX in Zoho CRM
- Recordings to be stored in Zoho CRM

- OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_212-b04)
- OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.212-b04, mixed mode)
Issues:
- Integration of Phonebridge is only connecting on Zoho CRM, a however outbound call is pushing to the PBX and works fine.
- Inbound is not synchronizing to the CRM instead of directing only to the softphone.
- Call activity is not populating when making and after a call.
