Required Graphic Design freelancer for Graphic Design for Flier & Social Media ad job

I am looking for a graphic designer that can design a DL Flier and 1 x Social media ad for our campaign.

I would like the design to have a humor element and I have attached a briefing document and some images that we like which are more cartoon like.

I would like the the job completed as soon as possible and will require the files so the DL flier can printed off as these will be printed and put into peoples mail box.
