Required Regex,Regular Expressions freelancer for Regex/parsing php job

So I need to replace




with
[right]Anything you wish here[/right]
[center]Anything you wish here[/center]
[left]Anything you wish here[/left]

But if I use nested divs, the outer div is not converted

So I need to fix this, but also fix a couple of other similar issues.
