Required 3D Design,Architecture,Drainage freelancer for Car parking and driveway design for residential house. job

I'm a surveyor who has completed approximately 3000m2 of 3D survey. I'd like a 3D design model of a the driveway and area for car parking. The driveway is currently steep and we'd like the driveway to be constant grade with appropriate grade changes. Drainage also needs to be considered. They are horse people with large horse floats and big 4wd so require plenty of room.
