Required Character Design,Comic Art,Drawing,Illustration,Sketching freelancer for Character Designs needed job

I have just recently published the first book in a series of eight and need to develop a promotional comic. The first phase of this project is to develop four main character designs.

I am looking for someone who is comfortable producing comic book style characters equivalent to the quality of Image or Marvel comics. The characters are not the usual skin-tight costume hero, rather yet stylized based on natural clothing style of attire.

This project is one of many phases which can lead to a lot of work if the first phase goes well.
