Accounting - daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting (all reconciliations, journals, financial statements) in a Xero based environment, including control and reconciliation of internal credit cards
Prepare monthly KPI / financial analysis - with review in face-to-face meeting
Cash management - daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliation, execute payment schedule, general banking, cash investments and short and long term cash forecasting
Creditors - daily record and reconcile purchase orders, invoice management, payments and enquiries, work with creditors to report and reconcile balances
Debtors - daily record and reconcile sales invoicing, sales receipts and credit management,
Budgeting preparation, input and management, together with financial forecasting
Management Accounting and Reporting - provide management information and reporting as required by other departments and businesses
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
