We are a growing Shopify eCommerce website doing large sales volumes on a daily basis.
We are looking for an additional Customer Support staff agent to join our friendly, expanding team-base.
The main goal we have for our support agents is to be friendly and courteous with customers, at the same time reducing our returns/refund rates following our Returns Policies.
Daily Tasks Include (but are not limited to):
-Answering emails via the Customer Support Inbox
-Responding to customer messages in our FB Page(s) Inbox(es)
-Responding to and monitoring/filtering out comments on our various FaceBook Posts.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with Shopify Stores, and not be currently employed by any other Shopify Store, AND above all, have a positive attitude and good communicational skills! :)
