Required LANDesk freelancer for LANDesk ServiceDesk - Would like to add a reminder for a existing Request process job

I want someone to help me with following tasks which should not take more than an hour.

1. Would like to add a reminder for a existing Request process:
If a given Request is not approved or rejected by a Raise user's Manager within a week's time from the date
of Creation Date, a reminder should go to his manager 3 times in every week, and if there is no action by the
manager, 4th time it should automatically reject the ticket.

2. Desktop Manager Integration with SolarWinds
3. Integration with LANSweeper or SCCM
