Required Tableau freelancer for Convert Excel Sales commission framework into Tableau job

We need to recreate a complex Sales Commissions framework currently in excel into Tableau. The variables are complex: multiple commission plans, different rep types, product types, threshholds, and contract types all organized by month. We would like to be able to bring our data into and run the commission calculations and more efficiently create output reports and commission statements.
We will need someone conceptually familiar with sales commissions as well as expert in Tableau.
We have a team of three people who are very familiar with the existing excel framework as well as the data. Our data is in an SQL database today.
