Required Administrative Support freelancer for Virtual Assistant for Social Media Management job

I am managing a lot of social media accounts and use content from other accounts in them. I download the images from the other accounts to a shared drive, and when I do that the name of the original account is in the name of the .jpg. I would then like my assistant to upload those images from the shared drive to the Later app, and tag them with the original account name in Later so that I can credit the original account. When I upload them to Later it is not showing me the original image name. This will be ongoing, done once or twice a week for an hour.
