Required Editing freelancer for Customer Support Document Needs Editing job

Hello,
The 3,000 word customer support needs editing.
The main purpose of your job is to make everything more organized and structured. There is already a template provided but things could be better.
The TOC should be added, hyperlinks added, sections added and re-organized so everything looks more structured correct. Again, the main thing is that the document should be structured and organized correctly so everything looks more transparent.
We would have a meeting and I would share instructions with you as well but it is up to you to understand the document and re-arrange it in the most efficient manner.
