Required 3D Design,Mechanical Design,Computer-Aided Design,Engineering Drawing,Mechanical Engineering freelancer for QC to control mechanical parts and special machines assembly job

I am looking for a mechanical engineer able to control the quality of mechanical parts manufactured by various processes included heat treatments, surface treatments. Will need also to control the assembly of machines using those parts and commercial parts which includes various mechanical components, electrical, compressed air or hydraulic parts.
A good knowledge and understand of shop drawings, 3D models and manufacturing process is needed.
End customers are Top European MNCs
