Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Ninatrader expert required job

I need this project for now: Max Daily loss limit.

Example: $300 daily loss.. if account looses $300 all open orders are closed and no other trades (manual) are allowed for the rest of the day.
The day being where ninja trader rolls over which is around 16:00.(just want to make sure I was clear on how I wanted that to work) I don't want it to shut down for 24 hours from the point of max loss. Just for the rest of that day until ninjatrader rolls over to next day.

I would like this function password protected so as the administrator I can change the max loss settings but without the password it can not be changed.

So if we are clear on that I am good.
