Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Chief Architect Drafter job

I am a residential contractor and I do a lot of architectural drawings in Chief Architect. I'm looking for someone that can do all the necessary work for me after I've completed a floor plan. My plan would be to meet with the client, establish all the needs, create the layout in CA, and supply any other pertinent information (pics, elevations, etc.). This person would then be charged with completing the drawings to %100 CD's

My hope is for an ongoing relationship, where I could send you something whenever it pops up.

I will ask for a sample .layout / .plan file to show your experience.
