Required software development,Website Development freelancer for Build prototype hovercraft job

I am looking for someone who can build a prototype of a hovercraft concept. I tried building this myself but could not find the proper mechanical solution for simultaneously lifting up and releasing the top at a rapid rate. I am not too experienced in mechanics and need someone who can build this prototype.i will describe the concept.Do you remember the airzookas? My theory is that if you had two of these devices opposite and parallel to eachother with a motor to shoot air out at high frequency then this system can achieve lift. Basically if you can get enough air to leave from the bottom of the system per second we can achieve lift so long as the system is balanced.you can find videos of an airzooka on youtube if need be and i will also attach some photos of what i had so far.
