Required Web Scraper freelancer for web scraping job

looking for a scraper to get formal university names from Wikipedia from a CSV file of 1120974 unformal university names. In addition to the CSV file, we also need the 2000 university names and Wikipedia links for universities (removed by Toogit admin) The ending file will have 3 columns with original names, formal names(from Wikipedia), Wikipedia links
where original names are names in the CSV file and two websites.
Experience with Python, beautiful soup preferred.
