Required Adobe Photoshop freelancer for VIsual Designer with UX Experience job

Looking for an experienced and skilled UI/UX Designer for multiple projects (web and mobile) which require someone who knows how to ask the right questions during the initial process of info gathering.

Must be able to solve complex UX problems.
Must be able to justify design choices.
Must be proficient with hierarchy and layout design.
Must be proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Zeplin, and any other cutting edge tool that helps the team (Product, Design, and Development) be more efficient.

Will also be some marketing collateral work needed such as brochures, banners, etc.
