Required Django,javascript,React.js freelancer for Create app with django and python job

App needed wll have these function:
- import accounting chart from a xlsx file (accounting chart table is like sreen
- create a table with groups 9like group table)
- ability to drag and drop each account to one to many groups like in the screen shot

This should use only python, django and js (for GUI if needed)

This job should inclued training-documentation in order to understand architecture and dev.
