I will share our current logo. No one likes it.

Here are the requirements for a new logo.
-It must look good when rendered the size of the finger nail on your little finger or when enlarged up to 20" x 30".
-It must look good in color and black & white.
-It must be available in various digital formats like JPEG, etc.
