Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Small custom trailer design job

Hello,
I am looking for a design for a hand pulled trailer that can hold 25 electric scooters (like the lime and bird scooters) at once.
My requirements are:
easily holds 25 scooters, maybe some sort of docking system for the scooters so they don't fall over or out

Must be able to give the design to a person and they must be able to make the product with the design (so include what will be required to build like materials and screws etc.

Easy to build, please make it simple-ish, preferably out of wood so it can be made at home using household tools
