Hello - I created foundational material for a non-profit. I still have the writing I crafted for this organization but I haven't copyrighted it. I want to search to see if the organization is in use of my writing. They had been discrediting me as a founder however I have proof of its origination. Considering filing trademark and copyright based on my material being in existence before the org founding
