About our project:
We are looking for this phase of our project to be completed and supported. You will work with our lead to integrate. This will integrate into our existing software. It will need to be easily understandable and workable by other developers and have an public api.
notes:
- Im looking for a developer that knows twilio-flex call center, and helpdesk ticketing.
- some of our customers will want us to integrate into their system
- Text sms/mms helpdesk will be the primary communication channel (vs zendesk, freshdesk, zohodesk, etc that uses email primarily). I have twilio account and can add developer (call, text, fax, email)
- Integrate with qbo and gmail, to resell on qbo marketplace.
- Add all communication channels (text sms/mms, call, email, google, facebook, webpage chat, etc)
- inbound & outbound function
Skills needed for this project:
- Experience in customer support or booking
- Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
- Other requirements such as specific CS or booking software, industry knowledge
problems we want to solve with app:
- problem: when I need to update multiple people, I have to text them in group text and include summary of what Im referring to. Fix: tickets need a contact list so everyone is automatically updated of progress via text (maybe a link in text to ticket).
- problem: when i get the same question over and over. Fix: create auto replies to email/text/etc channels. (example: text received asking when we close, auto reply biz hours).
- problem: office gets snail mail and needs to send it to bookkeeper. Fix: create ticket > attach pdf of paper letter via phone camera. Now we can see and discuss letters.
features:
- when a customer calls, get vmail, leaves a message; then I get a text of vmail. I wont need to go to something and look up message, its delivered to me via text in real time (easy).
- when someone calls, call can be forwarded to phone number outside of system.
