Required sql,SAP,Query freelancer for Formulate an IT request to ask for a reading access to SAP tables Backend. job

I am looking for an SAP expert with knowledge in back-end data infrastructure. I have a project that require access to SAP back-end tables and I need help to formulate a request to IT department (or Help desk) to maximize the chances of acceptations.
