We need a searching tool (with algorithm), which crawl & searches for certain organizations worldwide. The search tool should find following items:

1. Country of Organization
2. Name of organization
3. Address, Telephone, email, website of Organization
4. "Number of Product X" of the Organization
5. "Number of Goal Y" of Organization
6. Price of "product X"

The search tool should:
a) list this informations in a databank
b) regularly crawl this informations
c) update this informations when changed
d) find new on web published organizations
e) backend interface to connect data with other system

Note: the tool should find certain words in different languages, not only in english.
