PupPod builds and sells high tech pet products, mainly online.
We need freelance bookkeeper expertise to reconcile our financial records in Quickbooks Online to a level that can be passed along to our accountant.
Looking for a bookkeeper with the following experience:
- Sales data from Amazon and other ecommerce platforms
- Understanding the interconnection between Quickbooks and other operations systems (CRM, MailChimp, WordPress, 3PL)
- Purchase data from payment gateways
- Experience with subscription based business models
- Calculating state sales tax
- Certification in accounting or bookkeeping
Services and deliverables:
- Reconcile 2018 accounting records so our accountant can file our 2018 taxes. This includes figuring out sales tax for two states where we have nexus.
- Reconcile ongoing sales and expenses for 2019
- Set up a 2019 budget and track actual expenses for product development
- Fill out WA state forms online
- Set up payroll for one employee starting in 2019
