Required Animation,2D Animation freelancer for Need an animation for YouTube introduction job

I am making my own car washing brand. I want to create an introduction for YouTube videos that is about 10-15 seconds long.
I want a 2d animation. Nothing too special. A very basic cartoon video of cleaning wheels. I will send a video of myself cleaning the wheels and you have to make a cartoon version.
It has to be your own work. I have had people in the past who steal other peoples work and try to claim it.
