Required Laravel Framework freelancer for Write a tour agency cms script with advanced booking options job

I need an experienced laravel programmer who can write a clean script for a html template I bought
I need a site where users can book different tours, some tours will be unavailable on some days, people should be able to pay with credit card or choose to pay on tour or the option to disable by card enabling a quick email form to book. With admin and user panel. More details will be explained.
