The person who originally implemented our salesforce instance is no longer available and we need help with a few salesforce issues--particularly, our lead distribution setup.
At past orgs, I've distributed leads through Setup>Customize>Leads>Lead Assignment Rules, but it seems that in this instance, our organization is distributing leads using a different, custom mechanism.
I'd like to have someone help us a) understand how we're distributing leads (is it through the web to lead form)? b) make some specific changes to how they're currently distributed, and c) figure out if there's an easy way to make some of these changes going forward without involving a developer.
The freelancer we're looking for needs to be a salesforce developer/ admin who is extremely familiar with salesforce and can help us diagnose and fix these and other issues.
