Project: This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, part sales operations, and part Salesforce analyst. This person will be responsible for the executing of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform including but not limited to: Reporting, Products, CPQ, Sales Engagement tools (outreach.io or Sales Loft), & other integrations. This is a potential growth opportunity for someone looking for consistent work & an on-going relationship. Flexible schedule & ability to answer questions throughout the day also required.
This Person Needs to Know:
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Experience with SFDC CPQ, Products, & Quotes
Experience with Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or High Velocity Sales
Process Builder, Lightning Flow, Workflow Rules, Field Updates
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
Knowledge of sales managers responsibilities, commissions, revenue reporting, & techniques (Sales experience preferred but not required)
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
