I'm looking for an intermediate level website designer. I need a basic website built that can be used to qualify applicants (with yes or no bubble click options after each question) and allow them select an appointment time for one of our representatives to call them. It needs to have a referral field for unique codes so I can track who referred each applicant. I also need the ability to have contractors log in to check the status of the applicants they have referred. Upon their initial registration to the site, I want each contractor to be able to watch a training video and take a quiz before the site provides them with a unique code to give to those whom they refer. After the website is done, I would like to create a mobile application for iPhones.
