Currently Google calendar only allows users to write notes that are visible to all other users that are invited to the event. But I would like to build a Chrome extension that allows a user to add private notes to a Google calendar event.
I am currently building out the detailed product requirements but at a high level the work would require:
(1) Adjusting existing fields and adding additional fields on the 'new event/invitation' popup
(2) Adjusting existing fields and adding additional fields on the 'edit event/invitation' popup
(3) A method to store field information that is accessible across devices
(4) Simple UX design elements (e.g. utilise material design, loading spinners, etc.)
Before the work commences, I will provide a detailed requirements document. I am looking for an engineer who is willing to consider the requirements document, provide constructive criticism, and work together to agree on the best approach/frameworks/languages to deliver the project.
I am willing to pay more for a high quality engineer, and I hope to find somebody that I can use for future product features and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building Chrome extensions
- Experience in relevant languages and frameworks
- 95%+ job success rating
- Highly communicative
- Flexible on start date
