*** Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all fields involve with the customers such as: solve inquiries, support, open account, money transactions and manage customer data base;
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
- Provides first line support on a day to day basis for operational problems and other unplanned events that impact on production delivery;
- Consultancy in the area of strategy and operations;
- Business research and analysis, including financial analysis;
- Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers;
- Working in multi - industries, needs to join many another projects from the beginning as create working flow, set up system, testing and so on. Support another teams;
- Providing the new idea to improve the business/ working behavior;
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
*** Required qualification:
- University education in Economics, Finance...or related field
- Experience in the domain of consulting/advisory is an advantage
- Excellence Communication and presentation skills in English (verbal & non-verbal)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Ability to express and present own opinion; objective argumentation skills; work independently
- Active approach to solving assigned tasks
- Willingness to invest time in its own knowledge and competencies
- Be patience, honestly, teamwork skills
- Ready to work OT, working by shift.
- Be able to work under high pleasure and in multiple tasks at the same time.
