We are seeking Development of a Compliance Management System in SharePoint specifically:
* Quality Management System.
** Ability to store and update documentation
** Ability to trigger alerts / send to staff
** Ability to summerise to management reporting..
** And more
* HR Management system including
** Ability to send new staff inductions (checklist and reporting) and document them completed into their HR Folder
** Ability to Onboard new staff (trigger actions to different departments)
** Area for storing policies like Health and Safety
** Ability to send out a certificate based on completion of inductions (and to record into staf HR File)
** Ability to Offboard staff (trigger actions to different departments)
** And more
* Health, Safety and Environment Register
** Injury Management
** Ability to store and update documentation
** Ability to trigger alerts / send to staff
** Ability for staff to report incidents
** Ability for managers to take these incidents manage and update the records with outcomes.
** Ability to summerise to management reporting based on scale of the incident.
Ideally you will have built these before and have working examples so implementation time is minimal.
