Required ArcGIS freelancer for GIS specialist needed for data annotation job

Looking for people experienced with GIS tools to draw polygons enclosing points of interest.

You will be provided with a list of latitude/longitude coordinates, and a few images showing examples of properly drawn polygons (see attachment). Points-of-interest are provided as csv or spreadsheet. The expected number of points is 500.

Deliverables:
One polygon for each lan/lon coordinate point, which tightly encloses the location of interest.
Return Format: geojson or shapefile

Delivery timeline:
This is a quick turn-around job and is expected to be delivered within 2 days from project start.

Required Experience:
Comfortable with your GIS tool of choice (e.g. Google Earth Pro, ArcGIS)
Ability to manipulate geospatial data formats (geojson, shapefiles, csv, etc)
